📲 Does the person receiving need an app?
Nope, no app needed and the other person doesn’t need an EZLINQ. It’s the same technology as Google pay and Apple Pay so it works with modern phones!

Nope, just pay once and keep networking. No monthly fees!

📱 What phones are compatible? (COMPATIBILITY)
Most Android phones made in 2014 and newer, plus iPhone XS and newer!
For added compatibility, EZLINQ has a QR code most phones can scan by opening your regular camera when received in the mail.

Water Proofing:

EZ LINQ is extremely water resistant as it has no electrical charge or batteries. It is more water proof than your smartphone and can withstand daily use if attached to your phone. 

Size:

EZLINQ is 1' 3/16" in diameter and 1/16" thick at most with rounded edges. 

Adhesive:

EZ LINQ comes standard with 3M adhesive. 3M adhesive is the same as what "pop sockets" use to stick to your phone. It is removable but takes a little elbow grease. We do not recommend attaching to any painted walls as it may strip the paint upon removal.



Shipping

 

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship anywhere in the US currently free of charge
  • We offer shipping outside of United states for standard shipping rates

Shipping times:

  • Orders are shipped via USPS and take less than 7 days to arrive from start of order, this may be subject for longer ship times during holidays.
  • Custom order can take between 2 and 4 weeks from start of order
  • non-custom bulk orders under 100 units take less than 7 days to arrive via USPS. 

Shipping cost:

  • All orders have free shipping to US! 
  • We use FedEx, USPS, or DHL to ship outside of United states and offer whichever is most affordable at the time. 

Payments

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 
  • For custom orders you will not receive an invoice until your design is approved. We accept all payment option regardless. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

 

Do we do bulk orders?

 

Yes! We offer steep discounts for any bulk orders.  You can even order 200+ tags for more than 50% off each.

In addition, we offer custom logo printing on any card order.

Can we customize?

 

Yes! there is a 20 minimum order on EZLINQ tags but luckily we offer steep discounts for bulk orders. Also, there are no minimums on custom card orders so send us your logos

 

EZLINQ is not working-

 

EZ LINQ comes with this website pre-loaded on it. To see EZ LINQ in action simply tap your smartphone to it, EZLINQ works within 2 inches of a smartphone and is located at different spots on different phones so move your phone until you get a read.

If you are not getting a read:

1: Make sure your phone is not on airplane mode.

2: Your phone automatically turns on reading capabilities when you wake your phone, it may not scan when screen is off but should. Your phone does not have to be unlocked to scan but screen does have to be on.

 

  • Apple iPhone's chip is permanently turned on as long as screen is active.
  • For some Android phones, you may have to go into "settings" and turn on "Connections."

 

 

3: If your phone is before 2018 you may have to download the app to read EZLINQ or activate in settings. All new phones going forward are expected to have this technology installed.  

 

Returns and Refunds

 

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. This is the only refund way you will receive a refund
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • For returns, please email info@ezlinq.shop with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • EZLINQ can be permanently locked making whatever info that was on them permanent and non-rewritable. We do not offer any refunds if EZLINQ becomes "Locked" by user
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
